When Can I Expect the Dumpster?
On average, our dumpsters are delivered within 1 or 2 business days after placing your order over the phone. We do not make the delivery schedule until the day of to ensure that the most fuel efficient route is created for all outgoing dumpsters. Therefore, we cannot guarantee delivery by a particular time of day. We ask all of our customers to keep the area clear of all vehicles, low hanging wires, branches, or any other type of obstruction that may deter the driver from delivering the dumpster. If the driver is unable to drop off the dumpster through no fault of their own, the customer will be charged a trip fee for the failed delivery attempt.
When you want your dumpster to be picked up, all you have to do is give us a call. It is important to keep in mind that we will never automatically come out and collect a dumpster, you must call when you want your dumpster picked up. If you do not call to have your dumpster picked up you can be charged $10 for each additional day after your rental period ends. Please do your best to keep all items inside the container. Our drivers are unable to collect a dumpster that has materials sticking out of the top or hanging off the sides.
